• Download the WWE Here Comes the Pain game + Emulator torrent file HERE
• Download the Bios File HERE
• Download Microsoft Virtual C++ 2010 HERE
• Download Direct X 2010

Procedure

1. Extract the contents of the ZIP file into the New Folder
2. Extract the ISO file of WWE pain game into the Folder created
3. Install Virtual C++ Software
4. Install Direct X
5. Now open the pcsx2-r5350.exe file
6. Now the bios folder is created 
7. Extract the contents of the bios file into the bios folder and click Refresh
8. Select USA console from the list
9. and click next to continue.

1. Now the PlayStation Console Will Open
2. Set the controls under Config->Controls->Plugin Settings->Pad1
3. Select System->Boot CDVD (fast) 
4. Browse for the WWE ISO file and Click OK
